In this program, we develop EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE in Leaders.
The capability to adapt and respond effectively by first understanding ourselves - our thoughts, feelings and actions - and then, through this understanding, building the capacity to support those around us more effectively.
With this knowledge and a toolkit of simple and actionable frameworks, leaders will develop the capabilities to lead effectively in a constantly changing environment.
